To access the Organisation Settings, click the “Azure DevOps” logo

Select the relevant organisation

Click “Organisation settings” or "Collection settings"

Click on “Process” under the Boards group

Click on the relevant default process

For our example, click “User Story”, but other work item types can be customised, for example Epic, Feature, Bug or Task

From this screen you can modify how you want your form to display and the fields available

To add a new group, eg “Resource Planning”, click “New group”

To add a new field, eg “Report Developer”, click “New field”

To add a new page, click “New page”
