For this step to complete, your Collection / Organisation Administrator must install the Power BI Actions Extension on to your DevOps Environment

Project - Power BI Service Connection

To set up a Power BI service connection, please sure to first follow the guide on Power BI Power BI - Setting up a service principal and an application secret

To ensure you can modify the project settings, you can click on the “Azure DevOps” logo

Select the relevant organisation or collection

Select the relevant project

Click on “Project Settings”

Browse to the Pipelines group and click "Service connections"

Click "Create service connection" or "New service connection"

Select and choose "Power BI Service Connection"

Input the details including the previously saved "Tenant ID", "App ID" and "Client Secret Key" from the service principal and application secret step and click "Save"

Your Power BI service connection will now be available to use in Azure DevOps
